Our primary focus lies in managing the initial soft costs of EV charging station (EVCS) projects, including securing permits from local jurisdictions encompassing zoning approvals, building permits, electrical permits, and encroachment permits. Acting as an intermediary, we facilitate negotiations for lease agreements, amendments, and other legal contracts with property owners hosting our clients' proposed or existing assets. Headquartered in Southern California, with satellite offices in Idaho and Nevada, we extend our services to Northern California and Washington State, leveraging established relationships with local authorities. Building upon over 18 years of experience in wireless site acquisition, we are moving into a comprehensive provider capable of addressing your EV charging station design, permitting, and approval requirements.
